Challenge
Stage Data Centres was launching a brand-new regional data centre platform, with two flagship sites in Łódź and Gdańsk, and needed a credible B2B web presence from day one, built to route two very different audiences (enterprise customers securing capacity, and operators, landowners and investors) to the right conversation.
Insight
For a platform with no operating history yet, the website carries the credibility a track record would normally provide, so a generic build or a rough English/Polish translation would undercut the exact trust a multi-megawatt capacity commitment depends on.
Strategy
Custom-code the entire platform rather than theme it, translate every page by hand for the Polish market rather than machine-translate it, and engineer for a perfect technical score from the start, structured so two more agreed phases can extend it without a rebuild.
Solution
A fully bespoke Next.js site with manual English and Polish translations, a newsletter signup wired into Brevo, Google Analytics tracking and a contact flow that routes sales and investment enquiries separately, covering the Home, Data Centres, Services, Partner With Us and Contact pages agreed for Phase 1.
Technology
Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and HeroUI, hosted on Vercel with Brevo CRM integration and Google Analytics tracking, verified at 100/100 across Performance, Accessibility, Usability, SEO and Agentic readiness. Phase 1 of a multi-phase engagement, with two further phases agreed.
